- We all need good sounding AI voices as blind people, lets face it, those old (Sappy 5) voices are like supremely ancient right now, matter a fact a few days back I was loading new screen reader voices on a client’s system and came across “grampa,” and ooh my, terrible, they should not even be offered anymore. However, today we have amazing sounding AI voices used for AI Bots, and Googles Gemini has now raised the AI voices bar, extremely high.
As someone who listens to, and hears these AI voices and TTS voices as a good part of my day, when you hear one that really sounds human, I mean really, it’s the best, and helps the screen reading community greatly.
