Paschall Access Solutions Transportation Services (PASS Transport) has been created to fill in the gap where public accessible transportation ends. As accessible public travelers who used accessible public transportation for work purposes, we quickly understood the frustrations of not just blind people, but anyone who depends on and uses accessible public transportation.
In many instances, these riders who work are frequently late going to, or returning home from work; other riders who are equally important suffer from the same issues, these riders go to doctor appointments, adult care centers, physical therapy, and more. The public system also transports riders going to grocery stores, temples, churches, and other religious institutions and all suffer from the same over-scheduling, lateness, and choice ridership who receive “standing orders,” making their rides permanent and preferred.

Many of our riders are like family and have been with us since our creation in 2018, we believe in building a relationship with our family of riders, one of mutual respect, dignity, and success. The PASS Transport pricing scale is unbeatable, many times 25% or less than Uber or Lift, making us dependable. But unlike Uber or Lift we go the extra one hundred miles for our family of clients; we transport the blind and low vision, other disabled groups, and our beloved mature community.

PASS Transport personally guides the blind or low-vision rider if needed, stores items are described and check-out is aided if requested. All disabled riders are offered guided transport and aid getting to our vehicles, in and out of locations, back to our vehicles, and back home safely. PASS Transport drivers are fully insured, federal and local criminal and child background checks are conducted, and driver’s license and history must meet our high qualifications; accordingly, we give a written exam after watching our selected driving safety video, both for driving and transporting specialized persons. Furthermore, we have a client, road, and location assessment period for all drivers; this period can be seen as an internship to see if the driver meets our qualifications. Our Pass Transport drivers are friendly, considerate, patient, and always observant of the client.
